Our beef is from Surrey Farms. It is grass-fed and pastured-raised to bring you only the best quality protein we can find. Our poultry and eggs are also carefully sourced to ensure it is free-range and foraging for as natural a diet as our British climate will allow. Our seafood comes from The Fish Shop in Camberley. The owner, Sue Lucas, provides the best quality, responsibly sourced seafood possible. We use high quality butter from grass-fed, pasture-raised cows in some baked goodies, so please enquire when ordering. Where possible, we source our food locally.
Our baked goods contain almond flour, coconut flour or ground nuts in place of normal baking ingredients. The result is a more nutrient-dense treat suitable even for Celiac sufferers or people with gluten-sensitivity.
Using these food sources greatly increases the cost of our ingredients, but we feel that this cost is far outweighed by the health benefits. But there is a great quote that is unfortunately very true. “We need to stop asking my real food is so expensive and start asking why processed food is so cheap.” This is a motto we firmly believe in.
Our food is prepared off site by our chef and brought in daily. So once it is gone, it’s gone! Get in early to pick up your office lunch to ensure you get your favourite foods before someone else does.
