One size does not fit all. Following one set of rules doesn’t work for everyone. So we offer a range of options from dairy-free to grain-free and always guarantee that our menu items do not include processed sugars, gluten or additives & preservatives. We promise to avoid foods that are likely to trigger inflammation and have been linked to health concerns.
“At Roost, we hope to be at the forefront of healthy eating outside of the home. Everybody is different, so we focus on providing quality, healthy food. We try to appeal to a wide spectrum of eating philosophies, but our concept is based on a hefty serving a vegetables & fruits, with good quality, well-sourced protein and healthy fats. Everything we offer is gluten-free, with dairy-free and grain-free options too. Our menu will also appeal to those wishing to eat vegetarian, vegan, paleo, and we’ll do our best to meet any other requests we can. We want to help our Roosters make healthy eating at home easier as well, with hand-selected goods from our pantry.” said co-owner Leisa Moss.
“Community is key to our ethos. Our first location has hosted nutrition experts and health professionals with seminars and workshops. We’ve loved connecting people with health and wellness specialists who can help them find solutions to chronic issues, sometimes by just making simple changes. We’ll continue to seek out specialists and bring them to our customers at our Godalming location,” explained co-owner Jody Diton.
